Our Audiology and Hearing Aid clinic in Etobicoke is looking for a Full-time Office Administrator to cover a 1-year maternity leave.
The position begins December 1, 2018.
We pride ourselves on providing our patients with excellent customer service. Candidate must be professional, have excellent communication and organizational skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
This position involves reception duties; preparing, filing and maintaining patient charts; data entry; scheduling appointments; preparing invoices and receipts, and other duties as required.
