No. Referrals are not required to book a hearing test or consultation at any Sense of Hearing location. Simply contact the clinic nearest you to schedule your visit.

All 14 of our Ontario locations offer the same full range of hearing healthcare services. We recommend choosing the clinic that is most convenient for you. You can view all locations and their addresses on our Locations page to find the one closest to you.

Please bring your Ontario health card (OHIP), any referral letters from your physician, a list of current medications, and your current hearing aids if you have them. If you have extended health insurance, bring your plan details as well so we can assist with direct billing.

Yes. You are welcome to book an appointment on behalf of a family member. When booking, please provide their name, date of birth, and a brief description of their hearing concerns so we can prepare for their visit.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. You can cancel or reschedule by calling your clinic directly — each location's phone number is listed on its page.
