Carolina Castaneda

Carolina earned her Bachelor's degree in Speech and Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Rosario, and continued her education at the Iberoamericana University, earning a Master's Degree in Audiology in Colombia. She has experience in both hospital and private settings since 1987. Carolina moved to Canada in August 2001 and is a clinically certified member of SAC and a member of CASLPO. She joined us in May of 2010 and works full-time at our Oakville location, providing comprehensive audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluation, fitting and verification, extended-wear Lyric fitting, and earwax removal.

Kim graduated from the Audiology Program at Western University with a Master of Clinical Science degree. She joined our Oakville team in May 2025 primarily as our Pediatric Audiologist. With over 36 years of service, Kim provides Educational Audiology consultation to area school boards and has a special interest in the assessment and treatment of children.

Kimberley Holloway

Kimberley graduated from Humber College in 1987 with a Developmental Services Worker diploma. She joined Audia Hearing Aid Centre in 2002, which became Sense of Hearing in 2012. Kimberley has also completed a Small Business Management Certificate Program. She continues to provide administrative and office management support for our Oakville clinic location and provides marketing support, marketing campaigns, and media presence for all Sense of Hearing locations.
