We're located across the street from Hamilton General Hospital, on the East side of Victoria Avenue North, with easy access from both the front lobby and the back parking lot.

Our Hamilton team serves Hamilton and the surrounding communities of Stoney Creek, Burlington, Ancaster, Dundas, Westdale, and Strathcona. As part of the Sense of Hearing network, we offer the same high standard of patient-focused care that has defined our practice since 2002.

Jessica earned her Master of Clinical Science (Audiology) from Western University's School of Communication Sciences and Disorders, her Honours B.Sc. from Wilfrid Laurier University, and holds an HIS diploma from Conestoga College. Having received her first pair of hearing aids at age 18, Jessica brings a personal understanding to her practice. She joined the team in July 2019 and now serves patients at our Hamilton clinic.

Marnie has lived in the Hamilton community for over 20 years and has been a Hearing Instrument Specialist since 2007. She joined Sense of Hearing in 2016 and is based at our Hamilton clinic, providing hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and patient support.

Hearing Instrument Specialist — George Brown College

Gouthami joined Sense of Hearing in May 2026, working between our Hamilton and Stoney Creek locations. She completed the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at George Brown College and holds a Master of Science in Audiology and a Bachelor of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Osmania University, India. She gained hands-on experience through her co-op at Sense of Hearing, supporting hearing screenings, hearing aid fittings, follow-ups, and client counseling. Before moving to Canada, she served as a Clinical Supervisor in the Audiology Department at Helen Keller's Institute in India, mentoring students and supporting patient care. She is passionate about helping individuals improve their communication and confidence through personalized, patient-centered hearing care.

No referral is needed for a private hearing test at our Hamilton clinic. For OHIP-covered hearing tests, adults aged 18 to 64 require a physician referral.
