No. Hearing tests are completely painless. You will sit in a comfortable soundproof booth and listen to tones through headphones. There are no injections or invasive procedures involved.

Adults over 50 should have their hearing tested every two to three years as a baseline. If you notice changes in your hearing or have risk factors such as noise exposure, more frequent testing may be recommended.

No. Referrals are not required to book a hearing test at any Sense of Hearing location. Simply contact the clinic nearest you to schedule your appointment.
