Laura earned her B.Sc. in biology from the University of Western Ontario and joined Sense of Hearing in 2015 as a front office manager. Inspired by her brother who has hearing loss, she pursued her Masters degree in Audiology from Dalhousie University. She re-joined the team in 2019 and now works at our St. Catharines clinic, providing audiological assessments and hearing aid services.

Cynthia earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Medical Sciences followed by her Master of Clinical Science in Audiology at Western University in 2020. She works at our St. Catharines clinic providing comprehensive audiological assessments and hearing aid fittings.

Stephanie joined Sense of Hearing in 2023 and brings 20 years of customer service and childcare experience to her role at our St. Catharines West clinic.

No referral is needed for a private hearing test at our St. Catharines clinic. For OHIP-covered hearing tests, adults aged 18 to 64 require a physician referral. Children under 18 and adults 65 and over are covered by OHIP without a referral. We also accept ADP, WSIB, VAC, and most private insurance plans.
Our St. Catharines West clinic provides comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, repairs and adjustments, custom earmolds, assistive listening devices, tinnitus support, pediatric audiology, and earwax removal. We carry hearing aids from all major manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Widex, Starkey, ReSound, and Unitron.
