Our Brampton team serves Brampton and the surrounding communities of Mississauga, Bramalea, Mount Pleasant, Heart Lake, Heartland, and Snelgrove. As part of the Sense of Hearing network, we offer the same high standard of patient-focused care that has defined our practice since 2002.

Yaidelys's journey began in Cuba, where she earned her degree in English Language and Literature and spent a year teaching at the University of Havana. Upon moving to Canada, she specialized in Medical Office Administration and then brought her skills to a bustling Medical Centre, starting as a receptionist and later managing referrals for over 20 family doctors and 10 specialists. Since joining Sense of Hearing in 2016, she has made significant contributions, excelling in patient care and clinic operations. While working, Yaidelys pursued further education and recently graduated from the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at MacEwan University.

Nisha holds a Diploma in Medical Administration from Sheridan College and joined the Sense of Hearing team in August 2024. She brings prior hearing clinic experience and is based at our Brampton location, helping patients with appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, and ADP funding paperwork.

Our Brampton location opened in August 2024 as the newest clinic in the Sense of Hearing network. We're now serving patients across Brampton, Mississauga, Mount Pleasant, Bramalea, Heart Lake, and Snelgrove.

No referral is needed for a private hearing test at our Brampton clinic. For OHIP-covered hearing tests, adults aged 18 to 64 require a physician referral. Children under 18 and adults 65 and over are covered by OHIP without a referral. We also accept ADP, WSIB, VAC, and most private insurance plans.

Our Brampton clinic provides comprehensive hearing assessments, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, repairs and adjustments, custom earmolds, assistive listening devices, tinnitus support, pediatric audiology, and earwax removal. We carry hearing aids from all major manufacturers including Phonak, Oticon, Signia, Widex, Starkey, ReSound, and Unitron.
