Our Kingston clinic — known to many patients as Limestone Hearing Care Centre — has been part of the Sense of Hearing family since 2016. Same clinic, same team, same location on Bayridge Drive; this is simply Limestone Hearing Care Centre within the wider Sense of Hearing network. The Kingston clinic offers specialized care that few others in the region provide. We have particular expertise in Auditory Processing Disorder (APD) assessment and in tinnitus evaluation and management, and we regularly support Veterans, individuals living with Traumatic Brain Injury, and children and adults with Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Whatever your hearing needs, our team is here to help patients of every age across Kingston and Eastern Ontario.
Our Kingston team serves Kingston and the surrounding communities of Amherstview, Bath, Napanee, Westport, and Gananoque. As part of the Sense of Hearing network, we offer the same high standard of patient-focused care that has defined our practice since 2002.

Doctor of Audiology
Au.D., Reg. CASLPO, CAA
Heidi earned her Doctorate from Syracuse University and her bachelor's degree with honours from Brock University. She completed her externship with Hearing Evaluation Services of Buffalo and has experience as an Infant Hearing Screener, VNG technician, and Cochlear Implant Technician. Heidi previously worked at Watertown Audiology in New York and has been with Sense of Hearing since 2020 at our Kingston clinic.
Audiology Assistant

Amber joined the Sense of Hearing team in 2023. She earned her Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) certification from St. Lawrence College and holds a B.A. in linguistics with a minor in French from Queen's University.
Office Manager
Val joined the Sense of Hearing team in January 2020 and brings positive energy and extensive customer service experience to our Kingston clinic. She helps patients with appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, and ADP funding.

No referral is needed for a private hearing test at our Kingston clinic. For OHIP-covered hearing tests, adults aged 18 to 64 require a physician referral. Children under 18 and adults 65 and over are covered by OHIP without a referral. We also accept ADP, WSIB, VAC, and most private insurance plans.
