If hearing loss is detected, our professional staff will follow these 4 simple steps to arrive at a hearing healthcare solution that's tailored to your specific needs.

Your First Visit
Hearing Test & Hearing Aid Evaluation
Hearing Test
A complete Audiological Assessment¹ is performed.
Hearing Aid Evaluation
If hearing loss is detected, we will discuss the various types of hearing aid options available, provide you with a hearing aid prescription, and order your hearing aids.
3 to 10 days later - 3
Your Second Visit
Programming & Fitting
Programming
Once the hearing aids have arrived at the office, they will be pre-programmed to match your individual hearing loss.
Fitting & Training
The Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist will ensure that your hearing aids are amplifying appropriately, fit properly, and are comfortable to wear. They will also provide instruction on inserting, removing, operating, and proper maintenance.
2 weeks later - 4
Follow-Up Visit
Verification & Ongoing Care
In-depth verification testing and adjustments if necessary will be conducted — and it's time to tell us about your experience. A six-month follow-up appointment and an annual hearing test will be scheduled at this time.
